VISITING EDINBURGH
Exploring Edinburgh and everything the Scottish captial city has to offer, is a must for every visitor to Scotland. Base yourself in our centrally located apartment and experience the very best that Edinburgh has to offer, right on your doorstep.
TRON SQUARE
Tron Square itself is a handsome, historic development dating from around 1900 – originally built as tiered housing for local workmen, and one of the first of its kind to feature deck access. Today it forms a quiet, characterful enclave in the middle of one of Europe’s most visited city centres. Both the Royal Mile and the Cowgate have direct entrances to the square.
EDINBURGH MILITARY TATTOO
EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL
If you’re visiting during the Edinburgh Festival or Fringe, the apartment’s location is simply unbeatable. The Fringe Box Office is less than one minute’s walk away. Beat the queues by being first in line each morning, without having to get up at the crack of dawn.
MEADOW PARK
ARTHUR'S SEAT
A walk-up Arthur’s Seat and Salisbury Crags (located in Holyrood Park) should not be missed. The old volcano grants a breath-taking view of Edinburgh and, particularly, Edinburgh Castle. The Guardian offers a great guide of the walk with step by step directions as well as an interactive map of the walk.
